  • The coordinator position will be assigned to the field operations team and will assist in obtaining, evaluating, and coordinating all information needed to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents and to assure that the work meets all safety standards, and is within schedule time frame requirements.
  • The coordinator in the performance of its duties shall be responsible for the protection and promotion of the interest of Cymbal DLT and all matters.
  • Assist in the implementation of the site safety program as required and ensure subcontractor compliance with Cymbal DLT safety standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
  • Maintain contract documents and electronic web-based documents for field operations.
  • Schedule and administratively assist in subcontractor trade coordination meetings, preconstruction meetings, OAC meetings, and submittal review meetings.
  • Provide meeting minutes as required by the project team.
  • Distribute and file project documents such as RFIs, Submittals, Bulletins, Meeting Minutes, Schedules, etc. for field operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and/or online entry of daily construction reports (DCR’s).
  • Assist in the review of contract drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure proper coordination.
  • Maintain projects as built-in BIM 360 and on hard copy sets.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Additional Information:

Our office is currently located in Miami and most of our projects are currently in Miami and Broward.

We will be moving our offices to Broward as well, so you must be able to spend most of your time in Broward. We expect to be centered in Broward with projects in Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County.
