Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Developer Associate to assist in all aspects of our real estate development and construction business.
The Developer Associate will work with the development and construction teams to coordinate, monitor, and implement pre-construction and construction activities, including acquisitions, entitlements, design, financing, permitting coordination, construction oversight, underwriting, investor relations, legal, insurance, and project transition to operations.
2-3+ years of experience and MBA/JD or Masters in Real Estate strongly preferred.
